Our Leadership Team

Dr. John Kim

Founder & Executive Director

Dr. Kim has over 25 years of experience in international missions, having served in 15 countries across Asia and Africa. He founded T-Link with a vision to connect churches and missionaries more effectively.

Sarah Johnson

Director of Missionary Care

Sarah oversees all aspects of missionary care and support, ensuring that missionaries have the resources and encouragement they need on the field. She previously served as a missionary in Southeast Asia for 12 years.

Pastor David Lee

Church Relations Director

Pastor Lee builds and maintains relationships with partner churches around the world. He helps churches develop effective missions strategies and connects them with missionaries who align with their vision.

Grace Park

Operations Manager

Grace oversees the day-to-day operations of T-Link, managing finances, logistics, and administrative functions. Her background in business administration and her heart for missions make her an invaluable part of our team.

Michael Chen

Technology Director

Michael leads our technology initiatives, ensuring that we leverage digital tools effectively to connect missionaries and churches. He has a background in software development and a passion for using technology for Kingdom impact.

Dr. Emma Rodriguez

Training & Development Director

Dr. Rodriguez develops and oversees our missionary training programs, ensuring that missionaries are well-prepared for cross-cultural ministry. She holds a Ph.D. in Intercultural Studies and has extensive experience in missionary training.

Our History

2005

Foundation of T-Link

T-Link was founded by Dr. John Kim with a vision to bridge the gap between churches and missionaries, providing better support systems for those serving in the field.

2008

Launch of Missionary Care Program

Recognizing the need for comprehensive support for missionaries, T-Link launched its Missionary Care Program, providing practical, emotional, and spiritual support to missionaries worldwide.

2012

First Global Missions Conference

T-Link hosted its first Global Missions Conference, bringing together missionaries, church leaders, and mission organizations from around the world for networking, training, and collaboration.

2015

Launch of Online Platform

T-Link embraced digital technology by launching its online platform, making it easier for churches to find and connect with missionaries and for missionaries to share their work and needs.

2018

Expansion to 50 Countries

T-Link reached a significant milestone by expanding its network to include missionaries and partner churches in 50 countries across six continents.

2020

COVID-19 Response Initiative

In response to the global pandemic, T-Link launched a special initiative to support missionaries facing unprecedented challenges, providing emergency funds, resources, and digital tools to continue ministry.

2022

Launch of Missionary Training Academy

T-Link established its Missionary Training Academy, offering comprehensive preparation for new missionaries and ongoing professional development for experienced missionaries.

2023

Current Day: Serving Globally

Today, T-Link continues to innovate and expand its mission, connecting hundreds of churches with thousands of missionaries worldwide and developing new resources to support global mission work.
